Description
BlueKool™ is an all-in-one reusable, cool, and cost effective compress pad.
Sold as Pair
Can be used on front or hind legs
The compression pad cools by refrigeration (for best results place in refrigerator at least 2 hrs. prior to use)
Cools thru evaporation.
Can be used with BlueKool™ Shipping Boots (KB9132E, sold separately)
Directions for use:
Do not remove pad from the outer plastic covering.
Do not use on open wounds, unless sterile bandage is used between the compress and the wound.
Place pad in the inner pocket of the BlueKool™ Shipping Boot and apply to the horse's leg, making sure that the boot is held in place by the hook and loop closures. (the pad can also be held in place with Polo Wraps (SP990) or any similiar sport wrap)
When finished with the pad, remove it from the inner pocket and store by placing it in the refrigerator or on the shelf in a flat position. (Pad maybe washing with soapy water or sterile solution if it becomes soiled during use)
Up to 50% of the damage in a strained tendon occurs after the injury and is a result of the inflammation that develops during the first twelve hours after the injury occurred. With BlueKool™ you can now treat these injuries immediately, reducing the inflammation – no matter where you are.
