Description

Knit your own Peppermint Sticks 2 Socks using these clearly-written instructions by knitwear designer Jackie E-S of HeartStrings FiberArts. This is a digital edition of the original in-print pattern instructions, now available in downloadable pdf format.

Peppermint Sticks 2 Socks have a unique cuff/leg in spiraling stripes that are knitted lengthwise side-to-side rather than circularly. For those with narrow ankles relative to leg size, just twist the bias stripes further when wearing for a nice no-sag fit.

5 sizes - child small to adult extra large. 2 colors sportweight yarn, 6 ½ stitches/inch, size US 2 / 3.0 mm needles suggested. Shown in Haneke merino/baby alpaca/linen. Written stitch instructions.
