All areas of the pullover that aren't covered by waders - the arms, shoulders, and upper body - are 100% waterproof, windproof, and breathable. The lower body is constructed of breathable mid-weight fleece that is perfect for eliminating bulk and discomfort when worn under waders. The pullover has a Magnattach™ Call Pocket and vertical License/Key Pocket on the chest, lower kangaroo-style handwarmer pockets, and adjustable neoprene cuffs.
