The Wood Welded Companies are proud to introduce our newest product...Grilling Planks. These Solid Hard Maple planks are designed to be used on the grill to impart their flavor to the food being cooked. After soaking the planks in water, wine or other flavor enhancing liquid the one time use planks are placed directly over the flame with the food on top. As the wood begins to smolder a wonderful smokey flavor is transfered to the food. Whether it is fish, pork, beef or vegies, these planks will be an aromatic and flavorful addition to your outdoor cooking.
