Knit your own Lacy Serpentine Scarf using these clearly-written instructions by knitwear designer Jackie E-S of HeartStrings FiberArts.
Lacy Serpentine Scarf is knit along its length in a subtle lace pattern. You merely cast on for one side of the scarf, and work the easily memorized stitch pattern in long rows. The main stitch pattern has only three different patterned rows, so the rhythm is quickly learned and enjoyed. Before you know it, you have knit across the scarf and are ready to bind off!
