Swag Lace Socks feature pleated triangular eyelet bands of stockinette alternating with reverse stockinette to give dramatic shape and texture to these socks. The cuffs can be pushed down on the leg to wear like sophisticated "slouch" socks. Or wear pulled up and show off the pretty lace cable along each side of the leg. Stunning textural definition in solid colors, or use variegated colors to emphasize the movement of the stitch pattern in undulating lines.

Adult medium. 350 yards sportweight yarn, 6 ½ stitches/inch, size US / 3.0 mm needles suggested. Shown above in handspun variegated wool and silk yarn. Charted and written stitch instructions.
