This is because inside the billet alumi­num housing there is a powerful ignition module capable of producing a high-output spark. This design also makes installation an easy affair with only three wires to connect! Just under the custom MSD cap and retainer is an accurate mechanical ad­vance assembly. MSD supplies different advance springs and stop bushings so you can tune a timing curve to match your Nailhead’s needs! A sealed ball bearing supports a polished steel shaft to provide endurance and stability.
