Description
This delicate pattern is used in Shetland almost exclusively for scarves, often with multi-colored stripes, so it is wonderfully appropriate for a hand-painted yarn. It is true knitted lace, patterned on both right side and wrong side rows. Knit from one hank of Suri Lace Alpaca, a 100% Suri Alpaca lace weight yarn that is well suited to fine lace shawls and wraps. This pattern is rated experienced and the model is shown in Winterberry.
