We use our heavy Sausalito™ brand canvas on this product. Sausalito™ is double acrylic primed on a #12 duck canvas. It has a rugged texture which you are sure to love! It is primed with our high quality archival quality priming which will provide a stable base for you art for 100 years or more.
We use solid wood Stretcher Bars, not finger jointed wood which tends to break at the joints under pressure.
Stretched using our unique Masterwrap™ Stretching Technique, which tensions canvas up to 50% tighter than if stretched by any other method.
The big new with 3D™ 3.5" is its extraordinarily deep edges and keyed Stretcher Bars. The 3.5 inch deep edges add dimension and a commanding presence to the finished piece.
Stretched in the Masterwrap style, the canvas selvage is left on the back of the piece for easy restretching. The corners are hand fitted to the frame and the edges are staple free allowing for a frame-less display of your art.
We stretch 3D™using Double Keyed Stretcher Bars, which allow you to easily retension the canvas using standard wedges.
And for larger sizes, we use our professional keyed heavy duty bracing system which will provide rock-solid support the sides of your canvas.
