Helicore viola strings are crafted with a multi-stranded steel core, making for optimum playability and producing a clear, warm tone. The smaller string diameter provides quick bow response. Helicore also has excellent pitch stability and durability. Medium scale strings are sized to fit medium-scale viola (body length 15-15 3/4 inches) with a playing length of 14 1/8 inches (360mm).
